DKL x Allied Power 2025 Corporate Globalization Legal & Tax Seminar

The "2025 Corporate Globalization Legal & Tax Seminar - Navigating Compliance and Seizing Global New Business Opportunities," guided by Shenzhen Nanshan District Justice Bureau, jointly organized by DKL Qianhai Law Firm and Allied Power Group, successfully concluded on 22 August 2025 (Friday) in Qianhai.

The seminar focused on three key hot topics: the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), critical legal and tax issues faced by corporates during the cross-border expansion process, and identity planning. Among them, Limited Partnership Fund (LPF) drew particular attention as a flexible and tax-efficient investment vehicle. It has become an increasingly important structure for cross-border investment and asset management tool for corporates due to its greater privacy for investors, and is also one of the core services of Allied Power Group.

Through forward-looking policy analysis and practical case studies, the event provided a one-stop compliance solution for companies to expand globally and seize new business opportunities with confidence and agility.

The seminar fostered lively discussions and active exchanges among participants. During the Q&A session, attendees engaged in deep interactions and discussions on the opportunities and challenges in corporate globalization, receiving unanimous praise and positive feedback.
