Mr. Cheung is our group's Legal Counsel. He advises on all aspects of our legal issues, commercial contracts and provides legal support to our professional team.

Mr. Cheung possesses a solid background of over 25 years experiences in commercial law, civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Cheung is one of the partners of Chong & Yen. The firm provides a full range of legal services to multinational companies, government agencies and financial institutions.

Mr. Cheung is also advising a number of listed companies in compliance matters.

Mr. Cheung is advising and acting for clients in various disciplinary proceeding including solicitors dictionary proceedings, SFC investigations.
