Mr. Gerald F. Alserda is our Business strategist advising on various Corporate and Business Strategies. Gerald is a business entrepreneur with strong background in both strategic and operational consulting experience.

Gerald has over 20 years of extensive experience in brand creation, promotion and management in the Asian region, with major focus in Hong Kong and China.

Gerald started his career in a corporate environment of one of the largest technology operators, followed by participating in several new start-ups until he became partial business owner and entrepreneur, distributing Consumer Products through Retails in Hong Kong, China and Europe.

During that period, Gerald also engaged with world famous international brands in fostering of their local brand awareness building through marketing, brand licensing and distribution.

As Managing Director of an innovative trading company, Gerald is very well connected within the business community, governments and financial institutions.

Gerald has a strong and proven track record in understanding, building and maintaining large distribution networks and setting up operational platforms, inspiring and managing teams and companies from corporate strategy to goal oriented execution strategy.

Besides running the business, he also assists other businesses with market entry and advanced solutions.

Gerald has obtained his Bachelor degrees (BBA & BSc) in International Technology Management with Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, Netherlands in 1999.

Gerald has also attended the Young Enterprise Europe Program with University of Oxford from 1995 to 1996. In 2012, he further graduated from the Executive MBA program with Harvard Business School (Boston, USA).

Gerald was also a committee member on the Advisory board of Hong Kong Trade Development Council from 2012 to 2016.
