Jovey, LP Chan has extensive experience in corporate finance and participated in successful equity and debt fund raisings and initial public offerings. Ms. Chan has been working with the senior management teams of listed companies and financial institutions and providing professional advisory services in relation to corporate finance, governance and compliance, business strategies, commercial transactions and solutions to manage risk exposure consistent with business goals.

Ms. Chan is also a consultant of Hon & Co, a prestige law firm in Hong Kong set up in 1945 after the Second World War that provides individual perspectives and practical solutions to private client and corporate commercial fields with a wealth of experience and expertise accumulated over seven decades.

Ms. Chan has a bachelor of laws degree and a postgraduate certificate in laws from the University of Hong Kong. She also has a master of corporate finance degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
