Mr Lau has over 25 years of extensive experiences in advisory, management, capital markets and entrepreneurship. He has been engaged in accounting and senior management positions with some sizeable organizations.

Mr Lau obtained a master's degree in international accounting from City University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong) in November 2006. He is also qualified as Certified Tax Adviser, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional.

Mr Lau has also been a guest lecturer in various courses conducted by City University of Hong Kong, Kaplan Financial, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Syracuse University.
